| Toxic Ingredient #1: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate The same ingredient which produces all the foam and lather when you shampoo your hair, is also the ingredient used in car washes and garages as a degreasing agent. Not only does it act as a penetration enhancer (which allows other potentially toxic ingredients to slip into your bloodstream), but research studies on SLS have shown links to irritation of skin and eyes, organ toxicity, reproductive toxicity, endocrine disruption, cellular changes, and possible mutations as well as cancer. | |

Transitions Studio rich, foaming, and hand-crafted 100% natural and organic body washes gently cleanse the skin while softening, hydrating, and pampering it with fruit-derived vitamins and antioxidants. Pure Hydrating These gentle washes are formulated without sulfates or other harsh detergents. Sulfates and detergents are not only very dehydrating for the skin, but can also cause our skin's acid mantle to break down and cause irritation.In addition to omitting sulfates, we also ban artificial fragrances, chemical preservatives, dyes and any other unhealthy ingredients. We do not use polysorbates in our body washes. This is a toxic chemical which is used in many body washes to bind ingredients together, and to prevent ingredients from separating. Therefore, our product might separate into two visible layers. This does not affect the quality of our product. Simply shake it once in a while to mix the layers.
